Got a great deal for two rooms. Surprised how nice the towels and sheets were! Very comfortable and cleaning staff did a great job. Hotel staff was nice and when I reported a couple things that needed fixed in the rooms as we left, the desk clerk immediately wrote it down, which felt like they took it seriously and it was going to get fixed. We didn’t eat breakfast, but took some stuff to go and it looked like a nice service. Area around the pool had trash about from à previous party, which was disappointing, but the pool itself was nice and clean. Sad that the jacuzzi wasn’t clean, even just to use cold as a relaxing place to sit in with my toddler. Definitely wouldn’t leave anything in your car, as seen from other hotel reviews for this hotel and other hotels, but we felt safe in the hotel. Super close to Costco, other stores and close to highway.
The front desk staff were all great and very helpful for the entire stay. Our kid loved the pool. We were asked if we needed fresh towels each day. The breakfast was excellent and plenty to choose from. It was super close to eateries and shopping. The view from our room wasn't great but not a big deal unless you plan to spend a lot of time in your room looking out the window. There was construction next to the hotel but the rooms are sound proof. Would recommend this place especially if looking for affordable and clean.
Nice room the was easy to get to. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast. Only one working washing machine. Easy to get to.
This place was good overall. The hallway carpets haven't been vacuumed good around each doorway in the corners fir awhile. Breakfast was ok. They had hot sausage links and egg patties. It was a good place for the price we paid.
Great experience only issue was the bathroom door in our room but the rest of the trip was great. Stayed here many times love this place the juice machine at breakfast is my go to it was out this time but still an over all good breakfast definitely miss the bacon at breakfast great location
Room was clean and air-conditioning worked well. The room refrigerator was broken. Front desk check in man was not friendly. They allow pets and have a nice area in the corner of the property. Even doggie bags and a trash can, unfortunately filled with people's garage not poop bags. Every trash can outside was overflowing and spilled to the ground. Rosa my maid was Awesome! At breakfast no napkins and the juice machine wasn't working. Front desk person couldn't help because he was alone Sunday morning at 6am. I would stay there again and the price was very good.
Miguel was super helpful when I needed to switch rooms due to being next to the loud elevator. The rooms are clean, the pillows are comfy... just a bit a of noticeable wear and tear.
